These Terms govern use of the WTF Allergies app provided by Hiatus Studios. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice. WTF Allergies is for general information and self-tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Correlations are associations worth watching, never a diagnosis. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional; for an emergency such as trouble breathing, call 911 or the local emergency number.
License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Subscriptions
WTF Allergies offers an optional auto-renewing Plus subscription, available monthly or annually and sometimes with a trial or introductory price. Localized pricing and eligibility are shown before purchase.
- Payment is charged to the Apple Account at confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, an unused portion may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate, Hiatus Studios earns from qualifying purchases. Some optional product links in Relief may generate a commission at no additional cost to the user. Product mentions are conveniences, not medical recommendations or evidence of treatment efficacy.
Environmental information
Environmental information comes from third-party weather, air-quality, pollen, smoke, and related services. It may be delayed, incomplete, modeled, estimated, or unavailable. It is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of accuracy.
Your content
Information the user logs stays on the device and belongs to the user. The user is responsible for device or iCloud backups if they want to preserve it.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiatus Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Apple App Store
These Terms are between the user and Hiatus Studios, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is not responsible for third-party claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to apps@hiatusstudios.com.
